Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Superbills for Out-of-Network
If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, we can provide a superbill (itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurer for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
